I have an excellent grasp on the English language and the mechanics of grammar. With constant revision and a disdain for mediocre work, I ensure that my writing is clear, concise, and graceful.
I report city council meetings in my hometown of Portland, Texas and in the nearby town of Taft, Texas for the Coastal Bend Herald newspaper. Though the subject matter can be a bit dull, my articles have always been accepted with high praises. I should note that since the meetings always end around eight o'clock in the evening and my deadline is always later in the same day, I usually only have two to three hours to produce four hundred words, which often entails a bit of research on the agenda items of the meetings.
I have also written and produced two short films in the CC7D film project, a project which only allows seven days of work, from writing to editing.
If you want someone who understands deadlines and can combine quality work with professionalism, hire me.
